"Nexus News", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Nexus Mid-Media Group Limited. "Client", "User", and "you" refer to individual readers or corporate entities accessing our digital platforms or digital subscription accounts.

All news reports, graphics, original charts, investigative layouts, text content, and logo illustrations are the intellectual property of Nexus Mid-Media Group Limited and are protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws.

3. Permitted Platform Use

You agree to use this platform only for legal purposes. Copying, republishing, or distributing our premium reports without written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscriptions, Payments and Cancellation Policies

By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the monthly fees in full. Pricing details are stated in Kenyan Shillings (KES). You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, previously processed payments are non-refundable.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All information on this platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for accuracy, Nexus News makes no warranties regarding the completeness or timeliness of our reports.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
